Ketchup
The purpose of glucose syrup in ketchup production is to increase texture and controll sweetness. 60-62 dekstrose syrups(for ex. AK NİŞASTA G40 and AKNİŞASTA G60) can replace sugar completely. When used glucose in ketchup production, the product's brightness and color is enhanced.
